How the decision engine works
- Questions 1–3: any Yes → No Coverage.
- Questions 4–7: any Yes → ROP.
- If Questions 1–7 are all No, a Yes to applicable Question 8 items → Graded.
- If Questions 1–8 are all No → Immediate.
The 2-year questions are checked before the 3-year questions. This matters because conditions occurring within 2 years are routed to ROP by the supplied application language, while qualifying 3-year history is routed to Graded when Questions 4–7 are all No.
